    Refund policy

    Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchage on our behal only if Edge Sense,LLC is at fault. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

     
    RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it's non-refundable. 
     
    RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at edgesense.customerservice@gmail.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order#, name on order, and mail your return to the following address:
     
    Mail All Returns to: Address will be provided in your confirmation email.
     
    Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for refunds that do not arrive back to our location.
     
    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

     
    Please Note   
    1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.   
    2. A $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.   
    3. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.   
    4. If your item is undeliverable and physically returns to us, you will automatically receive a refund minus all shipping fees and a $5 restocking fee, if you choose to still receive your order you will have to pay additional shipping fees if it is not the fault of Edge Sense, LLC.
     
    RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
    Edge Sense, LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
    Similarly, Edge Sense, LLC reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
     
    Excessive Returns Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a #HAIRTYBabe return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #HAIRTHYBabe, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #HAIRTHYBabes across the globe.
     
    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
    Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped. If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be cancelled.
     
    CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
    NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED. Please be aware that for security reasons, Edge Sense, LLC does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed. However, the carrier may allow such change to occur through their services.
     
    We do not ship to P.O. BOXES! Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
